Apple Halts Support for Original X Models

Apple's customer service has ceased support for X, redirecting users with inquiries or issues to online self-help pages instead. This shift follows speculation that approximately 150 employees from Cupertino, who were exclusively involved with X and YouTube customer service, resigned.

According to one of the sources who spoke to Macrumors:

While transitioning to phone support, temporary human support will persist on the Apple Support Community. However, responses to comments on videos posted on the Apple Support YouTube channel seem to have halted.

In essence, the previous rumors that Apple would discontinue support for Twitter (now known as X) and YouTube seem to have been accurate. It remains unclear whether Elon Musk's acquisition of the platform expedited this change.
